It si indeed awesome, i like the idea a lot. if you dont mind me asking what did you use to create it. Sofware tools etc.

Thumbs up on that one... hopefully somebody picks up on your idea.

You could even use two nunchucks since the buttons from the wii motes are out of reach.

Captain N version 2.0

It would work great with Wii Punch Out.

Photoshop and a Wacom tablet.

The main idea is to be able to tight both fists to move them freely in a game of boxing and hand-to-hand martial arts. I made it so it's still possible to access the A button and D-pad on both controllers for menu navigation only.

If the nunchucks are plugged functionality can me maximized by adding dual sticks and triggers to the hand tracking. it applies to maneuvering of mechanic devices (those with sticks, like the giant magnets in junk yards, and tractor trailers), robotic arms control (Robotech mechas, biped mechs), and manipulation of other "dual-stick-like" controlled vehicles like Tracked Armored Fighting Vehicles, or battlefield TANKS.

You could easily replace all of this:

with a couple of nylon gloves.

Other games that could take advantage of such a control scheme:

Wolverine first person "shooter"
Mechwarrior
Any fantasy MMO
A parkour game
Tae Bo

Fantastic concept there, Arsenis. It should be really interesting having full use of two controller and one or two nunchuck peripherals in that manner. You should send this to some developers and inspire them.

Edit: Yes, I meant Zaiten. My mistake.

Or how about a streetfighter game where you actually do the moves. HADOKEN anyone? i can imagine a dragon ball or naruto game that would be cool for this powerglove. you would only need the nunchuk to move around and jump. all the other moves can be done by some kind of gesture manouvres using the motion sensors. left hand for kicks right hand for punches. it would be awesome just to do combos with your hands looking like you are break dancing.

Imagine a dance dance revolution game where not only would you use the dance mat, but as an option using these gloves to do hand movements. I would only do this in the comfort of my own home but i bet it would be a hit with the teens and particularly the asian market.
